Branding settings control the visual appearance of the user-facing portal. All changes are previewed in real time.

Logo

Uploading a logo

Upload

Click Upload Logo or drag a file onto the upload area.

Accepted formats

PNG, JPG, SVG, WebP.

File size

Maximum file size: 2 MB.

Storage

The logo is uploaded to cloud storage and the URL is saved to your portal configuration.

Removing a logo

Click the Remove button next to the current logo preview. The portal will fall back to the default TCG logo.

Logos are versioned with timestamps, so uploading a new logo never overwrites the previous one in storage.

Portal Text

Portal Name

The name displayed in the portal header. This can differ from the internal admin portal name.

Subtitle

A short tagline or description shown below the portal name in the header (e.g. "Powered by AI · QA Team").

Colors

Primary Color

Click the color swatch.

Use the color picker or enter a hex value (e.g. #1A73E8).

The preview updates immediately.

The primary color affects the entire portal UI. Choose a color with sufficient contrast against white backgrounds for accessibility.

Live Preview

The right panel shows a live preview of your portal header and primary UI elements with all branding applied. Changes update as you type or pick colors - no need to save to see the effect.

Saving

Click Save Branding to persist all branding changes. The portal reflects the new branding immediately for all users on their next page load.
