Welcome to your portal! When you first log in, the Dashboard is your home base; a personalized starting point that shows you what's happening, where you left off, and gives you quick access to everything you need.
The Four Main Features
Three highlighted cards introduce the portal's core tools. Think of them as your main menu:
War Room Get deal-ready recommendations, competitive intelligence, and sales positioning for any customer need.
Product Explorer Search through the full product catalog using plain language. Great for finding the right product for a specific customer need.
AI Assistant Have a real conversation with an AI that knows your product line inside and out. Ask technical questions, request comparisons, or get help crafting a response to a customer.
Sales Deck Generator Describe your customer and their needs, and the AI will build a polished sales presentation for you - ready to download and present.

Quick Action Shortcuts

If you know exactly what you want to do, these one-click shortcuts get you there instantly:
Start War Room Opens the section where you can get deal-ready recommendations and more for any customer need
Find datasheets Takes you to the Product Explorer, ready to search for datasheets
Compare products Opens the Product Explorer in comparison mode so you can evaluate products side by side
Generate a deck Launches the Deck Generator to start building a new presentation
Create a battlecard Opens the AI Assistant ready to help you build a competitive battlecard
Draft an email Opens the AI Assistant set up to help you write a customer email
Spotlight: News and Content from Your Admin
The Spotlight section is a curated feed of content your admin has chosen to share with you. This might include new product announcements, technology highlights, partner news, campaign materials, or anything else your team thinks you should know about. Each item has a title, a short description, and a link to read more.
Your Active Opportunities
This section shows up to three of your current sales opportunities at a glance. For each one, you can see the opportunity name, the customer account, and a progress bar showing how actively you've been working on it in the portal. Click any opportunity to open its full detail view in the Workspace.
This makes it easy to keep an eye on your pipeline without switching to another tool.
Recommended Products
Based on what you've been searching and viewing, the portal surfaces products it thinks might be relevant to your current work. The more you use the portal, the more tailored these recommendations become. If you're brand new, you'll see a general selection to help you get started.
Recent Activity and Conversations
At the bottom of the dashboard, two panels keep you connected to your ongoing work:
Recent Activity A running log of what you've done recently: searches, product views, comparisons, and decks created.
Continue Conversations A list of your most recent AI Assistant chats, each with a link to jump right back in and pick up where you left off.
