Workspace
Your Workspace is your personal hub inside the portal. It keeps everything organized in one place: your sales opportunities, your saved presentations, and your past AI conversations.
Whether you're prepping for a call or reviewing what you've worked on, this is where you come to find it.
The Three Tabs
The Workspace is organized into three tabs:
Your sales deals and pipeline.
Creating a New Opportunity
Click New Opportunity to set up a new deal. Fill in the details about the engagement:
Name: A label for the opportunity so you can find it easily
Stage: Where the deal currently sits in your sales process (for example: Prospecting, Proposal, or Negotiation)
Account Name: The customer or company you're working with
Contact Info: The primary person you're dealing with - their name, email, and phone number
Your admin may have added additional fields specific to your team or process.
The Maturity Score
Each opportunity shows a maturity score from 0 to 100. This score is calculated automatically based on how actively you've been using the portal for that deal — searches you've done, products you've researched, AI chats you've had, and decks you've created for it.
A higher score means you've been doing your homework. It's a useful at-a-glance signal of how deeply you've engaged with a particular opportunity.
This tab shows all the presentations you've generated using the Sales Deck Generator. For each deck you'll see:
The deck's title
When it was created
A Generator button to get back to the generation process
A Download button to export it as a PowerPoint file again
A Delete button to remove it if you no longer need it
This tab lists all your saved AI Assistant conversations. For each session you'll see:
The conversation title (either auto-generated from your first message or one you set yourself)
The date and time of the last message
A link to reopen the conversation and continue where you left off
Opportunity Detail View
Click on any opportunity to open its full detail page. This is where you get the complete picture of everything related to that deal.
Activity Timeline
A chronological log of everything you've done in the portal while working on this opportunity: searches you ran, products you viewed or compared, decks you generated, and AI chat sessions you started. All of it in one tidy timeline.
Products Researched
A list of all the products you looked into while this opportunity was active. This gives you, and anyone you hand off to, a clear view of which products are in play for this deal.
Linked Conversations
All the AI Assistant conversations you had while this opportunity was set as your active deal. Each one is listed with its title and a link to open it.
AI-Generated Summary
The portal can generate a plain-language summary of the opportunity based on everything linked to it — your activity, your conversations, and the deal details you entered. This is great for quickly getting up to speed before a call, briefing a colleague, or reviewing where things stand.
Quick Actions
From the detail page, you can jump straight into action:
Start New Chat Opens the AI Assistant with this opportunity already set as the active deal
Generate Deck Opens the Deck Generator with the customer details from this opportunity pre-filled, so you can skip the setup conversation
Setting Your Active Opportunity
In the header bar at the top of the portal, you'll see an Active Opportunity selector. This is one of the most useful features in the portal. When you set an active opportunity, everything you do is automatically linked to that deal:
Searches in the Product Explorer
Products you view or compare
AI Assistant conversations you start
Decks you generate
You don't have to log any of this manually. Just set the opportunity in the header and keep working. The portal tracks everything for you.
You can switch to a different opportunity at any time, or clear the selector entirely if you're doing general research that isn't tied to a specific deal.
