Sales Deck Generator
The Sales Deck Generator lets you create a polished, branded sales presentation in minutes, just by having a conversation with the AI.
You describe your audience and needs, and it does the heavy lifting: finding the right products, writing the content, and building the slides.

How It Works
Instead of starting with a blank slide, you start with a chat. Tell the AI what kind of deck you need, and it will ask you a few follow-up questions to make sure the presentation hits the mark. Once it has enough to go on, it builds the full deck for you to review and refine.
What to Tell the AI
The more context you give, the better the deck will be. Here are the kinds of things the AI is looking for:
Customer name Who is this presentation for?
Industry What space does the customer work in? (Manufacturing, automotive, healthcare, etc.)
Application or use case What problem are they trying to solve, or what are they building?
Competitors Is there a competitor you want to position against? The AI can build in differentiation messaging.
Tone Should the deck be formal and technical, or conversational and high-level?
Number of slides How long should the presentation be, roughly?
You don't have to provide all of this at once, the AI will ask follow-up questions if it needs more information.
The Readiness Meter

Above the generate button, you'll see a readiness meter. It fills up as the AI gathers the information it needs.
Once it reaches a sufficient level, the Generate button activates. This ensures the AI has enough to work with before building your deck, so you get a high-quality result rather than a half-baked draft.
Attaching Reference Documents
Have an RFP, a requirements document, or an existing presentation you'd like the AI to reference? You can attach files directly in the chat before generating. Supported file types include PDFs, Word documents, PowerPoint files, and plain text files. The AI will read the content and incorporate relevant details into the deck.
This is especially useful when you want the deck to address specific requirements or follow a particular structure.
Generating the Deck
Once the readiness meter is full, click Generate. The AI will:
Identify the most relevant products from the catalog based on your conversation
Write the slide content: titles, narratives, bullet points, and differentiators
Apply your company's branding: colors, logo, and fonts
Assemble the full deck and display it as a preview
The matched products are shown before generation so you can see what the AI has selected. If something looks off, you can adjust it before committing to the full build.
Previewing Your Deck
After generation, your deck appears as an interactive preview right in the browser. Use the Previous and Next buttons to flip through the slides. Longer decks may also show a thumbnail strip for quick navigation. The preview reflects your company's branding so what you see is close to what you'll get in the final file.

Editing Slides
You don't have to regenerate the whole deck just to fix a slide. You can edit directly in the preview:
Change a slide's title
Rewrite the body text or narrative
Edit individual bullet points
Your changes appear immediately. This is perfect for tweaking messaging, correcting a product name, or personalizing a slide for a specific customer.
Working with Images
Images can make a big difference in how professional and engaging your deck looks. Here's how images work:
Image library Your admin maintains a shared library of approved images. The AI automatically assigns the most relevant ones to your slides based on the content. For example, a slide about industrial applications might get matched with a factory floor image.
Product images If a product featured in your deck has an image in the catalog, the generator can use it automatically on slides that highlight that product.
Your own uploads You can upload your own images during deck creation and assign them to any slide you like.
Manual image picker Not happy with the auto-assigned image on a slide? Click the image area to open the Image Picker, where you can browse all available images, swap in a different one, or remove the image entirely.
Exporting to PowerPoint
When you're happy with the deck, click Export to PowerPoint to download it as a fully branded .pptx file. The exported file includes your company logo on each slide, branded colors and fonts, a footer with page numbers, and all the content from your preview, ready to present or share.
Saving and Revisiting Decks
Your decks are saved automatically. You can find your last 20 decks in the 'My Workspace' section (left toolbar). From there, each saved deck can be:
Reopened to continue editing
Downloaded again as a PowerPoint file
Deleted if you no longer need it
Your saved decks are also available in the Decks tab of your Workspace.

Starting a New Deck
When you're ready to start fresh, click New Deck to clear the current session and begin a new conversation. If your admin has set up suggested prompts, you'll see some clickable options at the start to help you quickly frame common scenarios — like "Create a competitive comparison deck for an industrial automation customer."
