Knowledge Base

This is a central repository for your data, similar to Google Drive, that can be shared and collaborated on with colleagues and serves as a data source for your AI models.

So, instead of having your data in different places, you can put it here - in one place.

If you want to create an assistant within our workflow feature, your data needs to be included in the knowledge base to work properly.

To add new data sources, click on Create Knowledge Base, give it

• a name (example: Product A data),

• a description (optional) and

• add file(s) (optional).

→ Then confirm.

Once created, you can always view the files included in your Knowledge Base. You can also:

• Collaborate: Click this icon and enter the email addresses of colleagues to share access.

• Add Data: Click this button to include new files.

• Delete Knowledge Base: Remove it, by clicking on
