Monitor your Assistant

See how users interact with your model, what questions they ask and how your model responds.

→ For this, go to workspace, choose the assistant you want to monitor, and click on monitoring.

If you don't like the answers that your AI assistant gave to users, change them and it will take it into consideration the next time!

How to change answers of my assistant ?

1. Click on Dowload as .csv, which will open the file including the questions and answers of your users. Make sure to extend the cells so that you can see the context.

2. Change the answer you want to correct in that file and save the file on your laptop.

3. Go to workspace, choose your assistant and click on enhance & customize on your right. Upload your file in the 'drag and drop' section.

4. Click on update at the end of the page.

As it is a csv. file, excel might have problems reading the content perfectly. If this is the case, open it with another reader more adapted.
