Share your Assistant

You can give access to your AI assistant by sharing a simple URL, which will allow anybody with that link to chat with it. Simply click on the button aside the URL sign.

Create a chatbubble to make your chatbot/ assistant available on your webpage; it is fully customizable!

1. First, decide whether you want to add a:

• Welcome message (optional)

• First bot message (optional)

• Conversation header (optional)

• Model description (optional)

1. Second, choose your chat theme:

1. Then, decide if you want following

• Custom background color and chat color If enabled, you can choose your own background and primary chat color, adapted to your brand.

• Custom assistant avatar If you want your personal avatar to be displayed in the chat, upload it here. Make sure it is an SVG file, max. 8KB.

• Language toggle If enabled, user will be able to choose the landing page of the assistant either in French or English

• Chat download If enabled, the user can download the chat

• Enable SSO When enabled, users can access the assistant using their company’s SSO credentials. This ensures that only authorized employees can use the assistant and removes the need to sign in on multiple platforms. For more, see: SSO (Single Sign-On)

1. And last but not least, choose from your widget settings:

• Widget Position: Determines where the chat widget appears on the screen. Example: Bottom Right.

• Button Icon: The icon displayed on the chat button. You can also choose your own logo. Example: Comments, Question, User.

• Button Text: The text shown on the chat button before opening the widget. Example: Chat with us.

• Height (px): The height of the chat window in pixels. Example: 500.

• Width (px): The width of the chat window in pixels. Example: 310.

• Button Color: The background color of the chat button, defined by a hex code.

• Text Color: The color of the text displayed on the chat button.

All set! Click Save and copy your widget code. Then paste it into the website where you want the widget to appear; and you’re ready to go.

Use the iFrame option to embed your AI assistant directly into any webpage. This allows the assistant to appear and function seamlessly within your site.

• How to use it: Copy the provided iFrame link (e.g., https://...) and paste it into your website’s HTML where you want the assistant to appear.

Share an AI assistant with others by sending access via email.

• How to use it:

  1. Click Share Model.

  2. Enter one or more email addresses (comma-separated). Example: [email protected], [email protected]

  3. Click Confirm to send the invitation.
