Custom Domain

By default, your portal is accessible at the DistiForge instance address. You can configure a custom domain to serve your portal from your own web address (for example, products.yourcompany.com).

To set up a custom domain:

  1. Go to Branding > Identity.

  2. Enter your custom domain in the Custom Domain field.

  3. Follow the DNS setup instructions shown on screen — typically, you will need to add a CNAME record with your domain registrar pointing to the ProductIQ instance.

  4. Save.

DNS changes can take up to 24 hours to take effect. Once active, the portal will be accessible at both your custom domain and the original address.
