Branding
DistiForge lets you fully customize the look and feel of your portal to match your brand. All branding settings are found under the Branding tab within each portal's admin console.
Branding is organized into four sections: Colors, Logo & Assets, Typography & Slides.
Colors
The Colors section controls the primary color theme applied across the portal.
Brand Color
Use the color picker to select your brand's primary color. This color appears on buttons, links, highlights, and interactive elements throughout the portal.
A live preview is shown next to the color picker so you can see how it looks. For this make sure to click on Save.
Portal Subtitle
A short tagline displayed beneath the portal name on the homepage. For example: "Your AI-powered product knowledge hub." Keep it brief and descriptive.
"Powered by" Attribution
Toggle this off to remove the "Powered by ProductIQ" line from the portal footer. Turn it off if you want a fully white-labeled experience for your end customers.
Logo & Assets
Logo
Upload your organization's logo. It appears in the portal header, the AI chat interface, and on exported documents.
Accepted file types: PNG, SVG, JPEG
Recommended size: approximately 200 x 60 pixels, or any similar landscape proportion
Favicon
Upload a custom icon for the browser tab. If you do not upload one, the default icon is used.
Accepted file types: ICO, PNG
Recommended size: 32 x 32 or 64 x 64 pixels
Typography
Select a font from the Google Fonts library to use across the portal. The chosen font is applied to headings and body text throughout the portal experience.
Slides
The Slides section configures how exported PowerPoint presentations look.
These settings are separate from the portal web branding, so you can tailor the slide style independently.
Background Color
Sets the background color for all slides in the exported deck.
Accent Color
Sets the color used for headings, dividers, and highlighted elements within slides.
Text Color
Sets the default body text color across all slide content.
Slide Logo
Upload a logo sized and positioned for slide exports. This logo appears in the header or corner of each slide. A PNG file with a transparent background works best.
Slide Image Library
Curated images available to all portal users when building slide decks. Product images are included automatically in the deck generator.
Footer Text
Text that appears in the footer of every slide. Common uses include your company name, a legal notice, or a document classification label. Example:
Slide Font
Specify the font to use in exported presentations. This is independent of the portal web font.
Deck Suggested Prompts
This section lets you configure starter prompts shown on the Deck Generator page within the portal. These appear as clickable suggestion cards that help users quickly generate presentations without needing to write their own queries from scratch.
Good suggested prompts are specific and action-oriented. For example:
"Generate a product overview for our microcontroller portfolio"
"Create a comparison of our top five power management products"
"Build a customer-ready deck on wireless connectivity modules"
To add a prompt:
Click Add Prompt.
Enter the prompt text.
Save.
When Do Changes Take Effect?
All branding changes — colors, logo, fonts, subtitle, and suggested prompts — take effect immediately when you save. There is no need to restart or refresh the portal.
Slide branding changes apply to the next deck that is exported. Previously exported decks are not affected.
